Thank you for your recent letter, I have been using your soap for some weeks now and it has softened some of the dry patches on my face.

I went to the Albany Show, in November last year, specifically to purchase some soaps to use as gifts for the residents of Albany’s Aged Care Facilities having bought a few last year for thank you gifts, etc.
